For truth, justice and democracy?

Nope, it’s all about oil and gas

In the past 25 years of making wars and doing dirty tricks all over the world for “democracy, apple pie, and what’s right”… well, then it seems it was mainly to cheat the world in owning, selling, and transporting petroleum to world buyers. In recent years, we have:
• Obtained by piracy, the biggest oil reserve in the world (Venezuela’s)
• Disrupted a huge chunk of China’s supply sources– chopped by the USA (from Venezuela, Iran/ Hormuz Strait blockage, and Russian shadow tanker fleet theft/ destruction)
• Engineered many strikes on Russia’s “shadow tanker fleet,” and via our satellite data for Ukraine’s drones, winked/ nodded as Ukraine disabled a chunk of Russia’s refining capability
• Assured that European countries no longer get cheap pipeline gas from their longtime biggest supplier, Russia (by sabotaging their Nord Stream Gas Pipeline), so now the USA is their biggest vendor via “LNG”, a terrible, very high-priced liquified version of natural gas
• Engineered (with Israel) the theft of one of the world’s biggest offshore reserve fields, the Leviathan Offshore, from Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon, just starting to be pumped since 2019 n Assured that high petro prices hurt other countries, but rather help our American big oil/ Corporatocracy (only hurting our “little people” like you and me).

America’s military now exploits a Maritime approach, with large aircraft carrier “Groups” roaming the seas, particularly oil transit routes, acting as pirates and gangsters in protection rackets. In the past year, our Gerald R. Ford Aircraft Carrier has led three different U.S. Naval armadas in the Arctic, the Caribbean, and the Red Sea– doing war, blockade work, and charging protection money for not destroying, while allowing or escorting. This campaign is at least 25 years old, partly dreamed up by former Vice President Cheney, humanitarian-not.

So far, neither Russia, China, nor Europe has pushed back much*** against our outrageous treatment, although China has run away with the world’s renewable energy manufacturing and distribution. It can be foreseen that as renewables gain market shares, petroleum will eventually have less of a terrible disruptive chokehold on the world. It is no surprise that our USA government discourages renewables by adverse tax policies, and does all possible to favor big oil and our other huge industrials.

Some overseas manufacturers (particularly auto makers) have been hurt by the loss of petro supply and increased costs and have made the decision to move operations to the USA. This is an undeserved positive side of our evils of late. Conveniently, the obligation to pay American vendors for petroleum also includes the obligation to pay in American dollars, helping our otherwise anemic economy, and helping our ability to continue to service our near $40 trillion (rising fast) national debt, which we won’t be able to do very long if nothing changes fiscally.

*** This footnote re “pushback” relates to Europe, Russia, and China. Europe (EU) was so dumb they effectively prohibited buying cheap Russian oil or gas, now being locked into the American and Norse LNG at triple the prices of cheap contract Russian pipeline gas. Hence, its population is becoming poorer, and numerous auto and other industrial plants are closing down, some relocating to America with our cheap pipeline natural gas. And regarding Russia and China, Russia’s “Power of Siberia 1” natural gas pipeline has been supplying China a huge amount of cheap contract gas over land (now 50 billion cubic meters per year, approximately what Europe had been getting through Russia’s Nord Stream). Just this month, they signed a binding memorandum agreeing to build “Power of Siberia 2”, a new pipeline which will double that enormous quantity, to twice (100BCM/yr by 2030) what they had been selling yearly to Europe until the sabotage of 2022.

Petroleum supply and transit route control as our prime war motive is an alternate view of why the USA continues creating wars that have no reasonable motive (for example, Iran), or even have an outright fraudulent motive (for example, Iraq).
