We have a president on a revenge tour that makes Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour look like Amateur Hour at the Dew Drop Inn. We’ve watched rainbow crosswalks ripped up because, as everyone knows, if you walk across one of them, you’re a Cher fan by the time you reach the other side.

A funny thing happened on the road to the White House. The GOP won the election, and their minions did not forget that promise and are demanding it be kept. There’s just one slight problem: It’s not only Democrats in the files. President Donald Trump is in there too. A lot!

Will that be enough to get the Texans past the second round of the play-offs for the first time in franchise history? Maybe. Here are the highly partisan, slightly biased predictions for the 2025 NFL season.

We need LGBTQ+ youth to carry the baton now. Participate in and join organizations that advance community causes. Attend rallies. Get involved! Be seen and heard at more places than a parade. Be aware of the policies of the people you vote for.

Someone should have told these hypocrites that November is officially recognized as National Veterans and Military Families Month. That’s the month that is dedicated to honoring and appreciating the sacrifices and contributions of veterans and their families, not June.
