4th Wall Theatre Company closes its season with the Houston premiere of Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies’s critically acclaimed Collected Stories which takes an intimate look at the lives of a pair of writers, focusing on their friendship, ambitions, conflicts, rivalries, and betrayals. Theatre Under The Stars presents Jerome Robbins’ Broadway. This award-winning musical is an anthology comprising music from shows that were either directed or choreographed by the legendary, Tony award-winning Robbins. Stages Repertory Theatre presents Sex with Strangers, a sly comedy about lust. Love and personal identity in the tell-all internet age. Snowbound at a remote writer’s retreat, Olivia struggles to find inspiration after her first novel was a flop. She receives an unexpected visit from Ethan, an admirer and online “sexcapade†blogger who offers to promote her book to his massive digital fan base. However, their instant attraction turns to uncertainty as Olivia begins to question whether Ethan is her true love or just a hot brand with a hotter body. Through June 9.

Stages also presents Murder for Two, a new musical comedy.Everyone is suspect in this hilarious murder mystery with a twist. The Music Box, Houston’s premiere music cabaret venue, presents Songs of the Silver Screen with the incredibly talented ensemble of Rebekah Dahl, Brad Scarborough, and Luke Wrobel. The new production is a hilarious send-up of iconic movie moments and music from the history of the American cinema.
